Annex

The newly-built split-level annex sleeps four adults in two bedrooms; there is one bathroom. The annex has air conditioning and central heating.

  • Large dining/living area, with open-plan kitchen.
  • Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hob, Quooker hot water tap and filtered cold water tap.
  • One bedroom with a king-size bed and one with two single beds.
  • Bathroom with double basin, shower cubicle, bath and bidet.
  • Large terrace with panoramic views of the pool, the Val di Chio and Castiglion Fiorentino in the distance.
  • Large cellar/ games room with washing machine, dryer, fridge/ freezer, table tennis and table football. Extra shower and toilet.
  • French windows in the bedrooms with mosquito screens and child-safety locks. Sliding doors to terrace, garden and pool with child-safety locks.
