Main House

The carefully-restored farmhouse has typical Tuscan terracotta floors, wooden ceiling beams and stone walls. The main house sleeps eight adults in four bedrooms and has three bathrooms (one en-suite). Underfloor heating and cooling throughout. All windows have mosquito screens.

Ground floor:

  • Entrance/dining hall with an extendable rustic dining table and a wood-burning stove.
  • Spacious kitchen with rose granite worktops and a large island.
  • Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, high-spec oven, gas hob, instant Quooker boiling water tap and filtered cold water tap.
  • Downstairs toilet.
  • Comfortable seating areas with a large fireplace and smart TV.
  • A separate study with desk and printer.
  • French windows open onto the garden.

First floor:

  • Two bedrooms with king-size beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
  • One bathroom (en-suite) with double basin, shower cubicle and bath.
  • Two other bathrooms each with shower cubicles and single basins. One with bath and one with bidet.
  • Two children’s beds (under 8), a blow-up child’s bed and a fold-up cot are also available.
  • All upstairs windows with child-safety locks.
